Rule 4: "No Swearing or Abuse"

Hello. I've posted this "No Swearing or Abuse" issue on the "General Discussion" tab. It is about how people are complaining that this rule takes away the fun out of the game and they just ignore it. As many people see this new rule, they actually swear more often than when swearing was allowed just to show disagreement. And I remind all players about the new applied rule, many people swear towards me or swear at others on purpose in front of me. As this is disturbing me very much, I think it would be a good idea to re-think or change the rules.
