Why You Want Admin/Mod: Simple, I want to make the community on the games in around the forums a better place for everyone! It seems when I am online, there are very few moderators online which means that for everyone else who lives in my time zone they are experiencing the same difficulties. The joy of helping the community is my ultimate goal in becoming a moderator. I feel I will be perfect for the position and hope that you see that as well. I get a joy out of helping people, which I feel is a really good quality to have. I would also very clearly follow all of the rules my self and make sure that everyone else is following the rules. To give you examples of how I would you the commands:

/kick - The /kick command would be used after I have given them all the warning and they continue to break the rules, leaving out some exceptions such as glitching. Offences that I would give players warnings before would be if I player is spamming continuously or disrespecting/threatening other player/staff on the server. As well as harsh language which should have zero tolerance along with all caps and spamming. Kicking a player from the server will hopefully make them realize what they are doing and make them stop. If they continue after the kick farther more severe punishments will be given, such as a temp ban and a ban.

/tempban - I would use the /tempban either if I player has continued to break the rules after a kick has been given to them as well as more serious offences. Offences such as hacking. Hacking is a very serious offence but even I believe that everyone deserves a second chance. So maybe after a long break for the player to think to himself he/she will stop the major offence that they are taking. Especially on a pvp based server such as this server, hacking can be a very serious offence.

/ban - Ban is a final stage and should only be used if I am positive the player deserves it. Examples of it would be continuation of a bannable offence after a temporary ban. I would look for hackers in game and if another player tells me they suspect a hacker I would go look at the situation no matter what and help out the person. Once I feel I have enough evidence of the player using the hacks such as force field, better sprint, and or sprint hacks etc. I will continue to ban the player after.

Past Experience:

Steam - I have tons of moderator/admin experience. I have moderated multiple servers on the game Garry's mod. Garry's mod is an extension to Counter Strike with a large community of people. I moderated on the servers Duck gaming, and Quick silver. I got into playing a lot Minecraft other Steam based games and wasn't playing Garry's mod very often so I was kicked from the moderator position due to inactivity. Being a moderator for a game that isn't Minecraft gave me a feel for the way that various types of people act. Let it be a first person shooter type of person or even a creeper killing type of person I will know how to act and help anyone on the forums, the team speak, and even in game.

Co-owner - Another really good friend of my started up his own survival server. It wasn't a very popular server but had about 5-8 people on the server in the evening. The server isn't very populated at all anymore nor do I play it but either way I got the experience of being a Co-Owner and had duties such as monitoring the chat and helping people around the community. I never found any difficulty with my duties and enjoyed every bit of it. Co-owner also gave me a lot of experience with working with fellow staff. Other people who are applying might have some moderator experience but maybe they didn't interact with the other staff on the server as much as I did. In the server I co-owned I was very close to the other moderators and other staff. So I would make a very likable person in the perspective of the fellow staff. I wouldn't cause any problems or and issues.

Owner - I have my own bukkit server that I run sometimes for friends. It isn't a public server that I try to advertise. I just do it for fun. Owning has giving me a lot of experience with power and really showed me how to behave when you have a lot of power. The power has been good for me because I now am disciplined to never abuse my powers and only use them in the correct situations. It has also given me a lot of experience with bukkit plugins and the way it works. So unlike maybe other moderators who might not understand how the servers work, I understand the mechanics behind the commands. I feel knowing the mechanics is a good feature to have because if someone has questions about it or is confused about something in that area of the servers I would easily be able to answer the persons question with no issues.

Guard - I used to be a guard for a server that got around 5-10 people on at a time. The server was sadly taken down because my friend simply didn't want to pay for it anymore. Guard gave me a lot of experience with having responsibilities with a server which I think is a really good quality to have and possibly a quality that most people applying don't have. I really enjoyed being a guard and never had a problem, which I think shows that I can work well with position I am confronted with. There isn't much I can say about being a guard because it was a very simple position but none the less I think it shows great responsibility.

Awaiting interviews: I have recently got accepted for my application on a popular Minecraft survival games server called MCSG, I hope to do my interview really soon and hope to get accepted.

Why You Should Get It: I feel that I deserve to be a Admin/Moderator because I am a lot more qualified that a lot of people who are applying and feel I would make the perfect person for the position. I am really dedicated to what I do. I give 100% to everything that I attempt. If I was to be a moderator/Admin I would give it my all to make it the best and most fun community that it can be. I would make sure that no cheaters get away and everyone follows the rules.

About Yourself: My name is Hayden, I started playing Minecraft a long time ago so I well know the mechanics behind Minecraft which I feel is a good quality for a staff member to have. I give it my all into everything that I put my mind to, especially  being a staff member. I would try my hardest to be the best that I can be to make the server the best it can be. I am also a really nice and outgoing person. People will be able to come up to me and talk to me really easily.  I feel I can make the server better then it already is and I hope that I get a chance to prove that.

Other: I just wanted to make sure that you know how dedicated I am. I would give it my all to be the best staff member I can be. I am really outgoing and easy to talk to, so people will be able to talk to be really easy and everyone will be able to confront me with any problems they have.
